Sehr guter Service, Kommunikation bestens. Lage sehr gut. Bis in die Stadt muss man mit den Öffis jedoch 40 Minuten einplanen, allerdings sehr gute Anbindung. Einzig der Fußboden gibt ein paar Geräusche von sich und leider gibt es keinen Bäcker in der Nähe.

Erholung und Ruhe nach einer Wiener Städtetour

Tolle Wohnung :)

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, in der Wohnung war alles was wir brauchten. Aber besser vorher fragen welche der beiden Wohnungen man bekommt. Bei uns war ein Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Das ist mit Kindern ein bischen umständlich. Aber unter dem Strich war das eine tolle Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Aussicht

am Westrand von Wien in Hanglage gelegen ist vor allem der große Balkon mit ausblick über Wien das Highlight der Ferienwohnung. Eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist vorhanden.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. An Wohnungs-und Küchenausstattung hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir durften sogar nachts um 22:30 Uhr anreisen. TOP 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Würden dies jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Kurztrip

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn gleich man auch sagen muss, dass sie für 4 erwachsene Personen schon fast zu klein ist. Man sollte zumindest mit Familienangehörigen hier übernachten, da man durch das Schlafzimmer in das Badezimmer gehen muss und auch das Schlafen auf der Couch keine Dauerlösung sein kann. Der Fußboden (alter Dielenboden) war super - nur leider hatte er den Nachteil, dass jeder Schritt knarzte. Das hat uns manch schlaflose Minuten in der Nacht beschert. Die Küche ist soweit ausgestattet, dass man gut ein paar Tage damit auskommen kann - sofern man bei einem Kurztrip noch kochen möchte und nicht zuvor schon auf dem Naschmarkt oder in den zahlreichen Lokalen, Heurigen, o.ä. geschlemmt hat. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon mit einer Sitzgruppe und einer Liege - die wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber - die Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie waren sofort zur Stelle wenn es Probleme gab. In der Wohnung befindet sich ausreichend Infomaterial bzgl. Unternehmungen in und um Wien. Das Auto konnten wir auf einem der kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Straße abstellen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle in ca. 5 Minuten) gelangt man in rund 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Alles in Allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Wohnung nächtigen, sofern wir erneut einen Kurztrip nach Wien unternehmen. Vielen Dank für die 4 schönen Tage - und Viele Grüße

Super Aufenthalt

Hatten mit Freunden beide Wohnungen im Haus gemietet. Sowohl die Wohnung mit Veranda als auch die Wohnung mit Terasse sind sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem auch super sauber! Die Innenstadt ist sehr schön und mit dem Bus und der U-Bahn vom Haus aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Es ist super, dass es auch einen Garten gibt. Wir haben die Tage in Wien und Umgebung in vollen Zügen genossen und werden das Haus ganz sicher weiterempfehlen! Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

Einfach nur schön!

Wir waren leider nur 3 Tage in Wien, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, freundlich und hell und die Terrasse einfach herrlich! Die Wohnung war mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Zudem war es beruhigend zu wissen, die Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichen zu können, obwohl wir dieses Angebot nicht annehmen mußten. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr war sehr zufriedenstellen. Ohne Probleme haben wir das Zentrum der Stadt erreicht. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Gastgeberin jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Modern und praktisch ausgestattet mit vielen Extras wie Internet, TV, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine und reichlich hübschem Geschirr mit vielen praktischen Schälchen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alles war wie neu und super sauber. Nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ideale Lage, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt Wien zu erkunden. Diese Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für einen Wienurlaub und wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen!!!
