The wifi was down and no matter what the staff did it was unusable. The television programming was awful, we were unable to get local networks for news or weather, but many stations we didn’t want. There was black Moldova in the corner of the shower. The staff were all terrific, but I can’t say much for the owner!

We arrived at the hotel very early from San Antonio due to a wedding at 4pm. Beings it was 12:30pm when check-in was 3pm we weren't sure if we would be able to get a room early to prepare for the wedding without being late. I mentioned the wedding and time to the receptionist and she right away gave us a room. We are so thankful for her kindness. We do not know her name but she was working the afternoon on 3/3/18. The room was clean and everything we needed was already in the room. Easy check-out as well.

This property had some really good things about it, and some things that could use some improvement. The staff was nice and welcoming, but it took us forever to check in (even though there was only one other guest ahead of us). The computer was so slow, that the staff member had to bring us the sign in documents about 2 hours later (by dropping by our room later that evening). When we were in our room, it was difficult to work the tv and the wifi was super slow. The room also wasn't cleaned the best, as there was a used Kleenex on the floor and some things in the trash from the previous guest. The breakfast was disappointing, as nothing tasted quite right, and the juice dispenser ran out of juice. When I looked around for regular water, there wasn't any, so I tried the hot water for tea, but at the bottom of my cup there were some black coffee grounds (I think?). The positive side of our stay there was the beds were comfortable and it was relatively quiet.

Always great service, front desk clerks friendly and helpful.... Dandra always treats me like a wonderful guest. Katie also. Very good rates and rooms very clean. Stay here way more than I probably should spend, due to relaxing atmosphere.

Maid knocked on our door at 9:30 AM. At the same time that I asked who it was, she unlocked the door and tried to come in. She looked shocked when she saw me inside. I told her that I have until 12 to check out. She stammered and said OK. No apology or anything. Not sure why she tried to come in. I then left The hotel at 10 AM.

We have stayed here twice now. Great service, only compliant room service forgot to refill coffee items.

checking in was easy peasy front desk manager Sandra was Sooo Awesome, She Gave Me A room preference as well what floor and side!!! not many hotels do this. Asked Her what does she prefer to eat around this small town she sent me to the fire pit annnddd boy them ribs are A1!!!! Got to the room And Awfully Clean love the smell of the room wish i could take home whatever room scent they use. i was staying for a couple of nights so i got friendly with the maids as well the rest of the front desk. Deandra and Bernice were so lovely and funny. only down fall NO LOCAL CHANNELS :( there was a lady in the lobby area in very short shorts her butt was out and she was constantly talking to the girl working evening ... not good for business, breakfast was good wish there were eggs.. perfect stay over all will definitely stay there again. i loved it and everyone there .

Om: As much as I love being at home, I do enjoy a hotel stay for some reason! A few nights at the Days Inn in Victoria wasn’t that bad! The positives included a reasonably priced room, free continental breakfast, it’s close to the main strip of restaurants & grocery stores, and there is a perfectly fine working treadmill! The small lobby was also nicely decorated for Christmas. Microwave and fridge were also in the room. The drawbacks included no extra blankets when we asked for one, so we used the comforter from the other bed. There was also a stain on one of the comforters, and when we asked for another thing of shampoo, they were out…so we eventually found one of the maid’s that had a few extra on her cart. Out of shampoo though? There could have been a bit more to their breakfast as well. Overall, a solid stay in a small town hotel, and would not mind staying there again when we visit family with my Beautiful Love!! Nom: Short getaways are typically good! And this hotel was not a bad small town hotel at all! It was a good price for a clean room! They had free continental breakfast which the kids loved and it was close to a Starbucks which Boo and Sissy really loved! (and me too) The only downside was sometimes the front desk staff were not really all that helpful. I went down and asked for another blanket and they lady said I couldn’t have an extra…huh? Well we just stripped the one off the other bed and used it. I also went down to ask for shampoo because Sissy has really long hair…also a nope. My handsome love found the lady with the cleaning cart and she gave us some extra! Still all in all a good little hotel close to everything you need in Victoria! I would stay there again with my handsome love when visiting family!

We have stayed at the property before and this time we were disappointed. First the desk lady was very nice but she could not get door keys to work, the lock had been repaired but apparently not well. She had to use the master key to let us in our room, not good. Secondly the management decided to have Direct TV, great, but they are to cheap to have the local channels, so regular programs you miss out, not good. Third the carpet in the hall and elevator was very dirty, not good. We will look at a different hotel for our next stay in the area.

We have stayed at this Days Inn quite a few times in 2015 when we were selling our house in Victoria. The staff at Days Inn has always been very good. In fact, this last time we were there, one staff member was very helpful in helping get a printout of some material that I needed to make a presentation. She was most helpful.
