Welcome to our cozy and modern Railyards condo — the perfect home base for your stay in Victoria!
Available January 1 to March 1 (with flexibility for earlier or later dates), this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay.
You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a spacious layout ideal for professionals, couples, or small families. The unit includes secure underground parking for one vehicle (plus street parking), and all utilities are included — Wi-Fi, hydro, internet, garbage, and more — so you can simply settle in and enjoy.
Located right on the Galloping Goose Trail, you can easily walk or bike to downtown Victoria, the Gorge, nearby parks, and tennis or basketball courts. All amenities — cafés, grocery stores, and shops — are within walking distance.
Please note that we’ve downsized plants since photos were taken.
We’re heading south for a couple of months and looking for someone who will treat our home with care while we’re away.
