Very close to the bus/train station, very nice service and looked after us well but only problem the room walls are of gypsum partitions and not sound proof at all so if u r not an early riser u can hear everything at 7am including people coughing and talking in the next room.

10 mins to the centre!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for a night or two. The location was good, as in the name 10 minutes from the city centre. Facilities were good with a small kitchen and eating area.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, ideal zwischen Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum mit der Arena. Perfekte, hochwertige, moderne und neuwertige Zimmereinrichtung und -ausstattung, im 2. OG (Lift): z.B. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, TV, Wi-Fi, sehr geräumiges und Bad und Zimmer (mit breitem franz. Doppelbett). Etwas Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und/oder Italienisch sind vorteilhaft. Die Gastgeberin Angela ist äußerst nett, bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zusammenfassend war es für uns im Juni 2023 mit Zug-Anreise für den beeindruckenden Opernbesuch und ausführliche Stadtbesichtigung eine hervorragende, vorbildliche B&B-Unterkunft!
