This Newly renovated basement suite has everything you need to feel at home. A well equipped kitchen, a private room with a queen bed and amazing views, free laundry, a couch that seconds as another queen bed, and a nice live edge dining table. The suite is equipped with central air to keep you cool all summer. A bbq and patio furniture are on the deck outside

Unit was nicely appointed - clearly a new reno, but it made it feel fresh, and not like someone has lived in the space for an extended period of time. Not exactly lavish, but functional - especially for only a couple people. Biggest downside: no insulation/soundproofing between the unit and the upstairs neighbors. They were up at 6:30am on a weekend, and we could hear every step they took, every drawer they opened and closed, and half their conversation.

Nice. Great views. The deck could use some work. Also, the people in the upstairs suite need to know that there are people staying in the downstairs suite!! There is absolutely NO soundproofing! Really soured our last night/morning!!
