Siete dei TRUFFATORI! Sconsigliato vivamente, i proprietari non possono che essere definiti dei DISONESTI. Io e la mia ragazza volevamo passare due giorni alle cinque terre e così, visto il costo relativamente basso per notte, decidiamo di prenotare una notte in questa struttura. PREMETTO: avevamo visionato tutte le regole relative al check in, costi aggiuntivi e tariffa non rimborsabile. La mattina seguente alla prenotazione vengo contattato direttamente dal customer service della struttura i quali in prima fase ci chiedono se avessimo sbagliato a prenotare data la natura modesta dell’appartamento per poi chiedere UNA SPESA DI PULIZIE DI 300€ PER UNA SOLA NOTTE. Si mostrano disponibili a cancellare la prenotazione e rimborsare il pernottamento (il che fa pensare che avessero avuto un problema di overbooking o semplicemente non gradivano una prenotazione per una sola notte). Dopo aver atteso il tempo tecnico indicato dalla struttura per aver il rimborso (48 ore) contattiamo di nuovo il customer service dato che del rimborso non si è vista nemmeno l’ombra. Dopo svariati solleciti ci comunicano che il rimborso non era più previsto. Rendiamo nota la situazione direttamente ad Expedia che provvede a contattare la struttura la quale si giustifica con motivazioni false. Inutile dire che abbiamo perso i nostri soldi. Diffidate a prenotare.

Énorme déception

Rapport qualité/prix médiocre. Chambre donnant sur la gare ferroviaire, salle de bain sur le palier avec traces de moisissures sur les murs et odeur d'humidité ++. Chambre petite, wifi non fonctionnelle, climatiseur bien plus bruyant qu'efficace . Logement qui en soi, aurait pu être acceptable si son prix avait été divisé par 2 !

Ottima posizione (50 mt dalla stazione), camera abbastanza ampia, si potrebbe fare qualcosa in più per quanto riguarda la pulizia della stanza, ma in generale per breve soggiorno di qualche giorno non manca niente.
