Parking and proximitiy to University of South Dakota is incredible. Outside appearance is average, but interior is recently remodled and very clean. Was quiet and peacefull. very little traffic or noise after 9pm. Basic Motel with few aminities, but very clean and priced perfectly for its offerings. Would easily stay again if visiting USD and didnt' plan to spend much time in the room.

What hotel does not have coffee in the morning?? The "Out of Order" sign looked like it had been there awhile. I like to give independent hotel owners a shot when I am traveling alone, my wife refuses for just the experience I had here. I will say everything was clean, but the sky blue walls gave me a little bit of a hospital feel!
