Terrible hotel close to beach

Didn’t have reservation upon check in. Charged extra per pet. No parking. Sheets were not clean. No toilet paper in bathroom. Room was freezing and there were no blankets.

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero en malas condiciones.

Este hotel no tiene mantenimiento, el techo tiene humedad y el baño terrible, la verdad no leí los comentarios, me fui por la ubicación, pero expidia debe inspeccionar los hoteles que recomienda y a este le urge que lo visiten para mejorar su calidad y así sigamos confiando en expidia, las toallas están viejas y casi transparentes, la verdad, pensare mucho en volver a ocupar la pagina para buscar un hotel. a lo mejor alguien dice, que por el precio esta bien, pero uno no paga poco, pero no significa que debe estar en malas condiciones por el precio.

Pésima atención por parte del personal de recepción, prepotentes, groseros, soberbios no respetan la información que ofrece la página y la única solución que me daban es que ese no era el problema de ellos, aparte del pésimo trato que me dieron la cama está muy incomoda, el baño está deteriorado, el clima suena mucho, las sábanas muy delgadas entre otros detalles nunca lo recomendaría

No repetiría experiencia

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, tienen humedad (al entrar inmediatamente huelen), están polvosas, inmediatamente hice mi observación al encargado y no hicieron nada por limpiarla. La última noche hubo mucha lluvia y, como no cerraron las ventanas de los pasillos, a una de nuestras habitaciones le entró agua por la puerta. Dicen contar con estacionamiento y es mentira, debes dejar el auto en la calle.

Al recibirte mal servicio por parte del personal, la reseña dice que todas las habitaciones tienen clima y al llegar resulta que no y te quieren hacer cargos extra por climatización, no hay donde estacionarte, la habitación era pequeña y tenía las paredes sucias, nos tuvieron que cambiar las sábanas q las que tenían tenían manchas extrañas, la coladera del baño apestaba fuertemente a excremento, el toilet no servía, y había cucarachas muertas en la mesita bajo la tele, no había closet y literalmente la habitación era un cuadro de 2.5 x 2.5 m. En resumen y sin dudarlo el peor hotel en el que he estado!!!! De haberlo sabido me quedaba en un motel por la mitad de a tarifa de este y estoy seguro que hubiera estado mejor.

Hotel plaza veracruz

Antes de reservar habiamos leido que estaba muy malo y oliendo a moho. Al llegar la habitacion estaba LIMPIA. BIEN PRESENTADA, nosotros lo.requeriamos para solo pasar esa noche y bastante bien. El clima funcionaba muy bien ademas tenia ventilador. Aun habiendo mucha gente en el hotel no se escuchaba alboroto. Queda frente a la playa a 100 m del asta bandera y las letras esas para las fotos con la palabra VERACRUZ. Bastante bien ubicado, cerca de kfc,mcroñas y el acuario. Nosotros la pasamos bien y todo estuvo en orden con la reservacion. Sin problema alguno y seguramente regresaremos.

Muy descuidado

Visitamos este hote hace 4 años y estaba sencillo, pero muy limpio y conservado. En esta última visita, nos topamos con un hotel muy descuidado y sucio. Abajo de las camas había basura y restos de comida. Los trabajadores de recepción amables, imagino que ellos no pueden hacer nada al respecto del estado de conservación y limpieza del hotel.
