Book your vacation in this townhouse, located in a first-line beach urbanisation with a communal swimming pool. It is the ideal place to enjoy with your family, as it offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a terrace with sea views, a spacious garden, air conditioning/heating in the living-dining room and main bedroom, and private parking within the urbanisation. Additionally, pets are allowed! Special offers are available for long stays during the low season.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and is distributed across 3 floors: on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (also with garden access), a bedroom with a single bed, and a toilet with a shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with single beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor, there is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy sea views.
The house is located in the Playa de Baria I urbanisation, on the first line of the beach, with extensive garden areas, a communal swimming pool, and a children's pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09). Additionally, it is close to bars, restaurants, and a large supermarket, which facilitates convenience during your stay.

Tiene una buena ubicación con cómodo acceso tanto a la playa, como a chiringuitos y otros locales de hostelería. Supermercado también muy próximo. La casa está bien equipada

Buena casa y excelente ubicación
La amplitud de espacios y la ubicación en primera línea
Buen menaje de cocina y en general casa bien provista.
Internet con buena cobertura.
La limpieza al llegar excelente.
Por el precio del alojamiento, que no es de apartamento económico, esperaba mejores indicaciones y un poco menos aventura para aparcar el coche (la plaza estaba ocupada y para poder entrar en la casa)
Viendo lo complicado que fue, me hubiese gustado que nos acompañasen a la casa al llegar
Falta Información sobre cómo entrar con el coche en la urbanización (situarse sobre el cuadrado amarillo, abrir con la placa sobre el sensor, y cómo salir, ya que hay que salir a la calle para abrir la puerta de coches )
Sería imprescindible Un ventilador en el dormitorio principal , ya que si no, es necesario poner el aire siempre
Un juego de llaves que funcione. Con el juego pequeño es imposible abrir desde fuera ya que las cerraduras están llenas de salitre. Las llaves en ambos juegos están sin marcar y es un festival averiguar cuál es cuál al principio y de qué lado hay que meterlas.
Estuvimos un buen rato al llegar y las primeras veces para poder entrar y cerrar las puertas al salir.
Las puertas de entrada a la parcela no tienen llave. Me gustaría haber podido cerrarlas al irnos a xq la a playa o a a cenar, ya que al no poder da sensación de que cualquiera puede entrar a su antojo.
En las instrucciones dicen de cerrar la casa a cal y canto cuando no se esté pero luego las puertas de acceso no se pueden cerrar. Un poco irónico.

Ubicación, servicios alrededor, características muy completas del alojamiento, urbanización tranquila y segura . Nos ha encantado
Como comentario, reparar algún punto del cerramiento del seto para evitar la entrada de animales.

Una casa estupenda
La casa está muy bien ubicada, muy bien equipada y muy práctica para pasar unas cómodas vacaciones. El mobiliario tanto del jardín como del interior está fenomenal y tiene muchísimo menaje.
El aire acondicionado de la casa era espectacular, funcionaba súper bien.
Inma, que es con quien estuve en contacto desde que llegamos, hizo genial su trabajo. Cuando llegamos no funcionaban los termos del agua caliente y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que nos lo solucionara incluso vino personalmente a verlo ella.
Otra cosa que me sorprendió fue que no había nada de productos de limpieza, en otras casas que he estado alquilada siempre dejan algo de lavavajillas, algún producto para el suelo o los baños y papel higiénico, pues de esto no había nada.
Así que nada más llegar tienes que ir a hacer la compra.
La única pega que pondría es que la urbanización está plagada de gatos que se meten en tu jardín e incluso en tu casa algunas veces, y duermen en los sillones del jardín, en los alzadores de los niños... y lo dejaban todo lleno de pelos. Si te gustan los gatos no tienes problema, pero no es mi caso.
La piscina es una maravilla.
Desde la casa se oían las olas del mar.
Me pareció un poco caro.
Los gatos: igual que está prohibo que haya perros sueltos, debería estar prohibido que haya gatos sin dueño sueltos.
El precio, rebajarlo un poco.

Spätsommerurlaub in Coronazeiten
Wir waren im in diesem Haus von Ende September bis Anfang November. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben trotz Einschränkungen durch Corona nichts vermisst. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Der Strand ist bequem zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist vor der Haustüre. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
