Abandoned. Ok if you want complete privacy

It was good for privacy, quiet and seclusion. Still sat on beach at night watched stars, sunbathed but there is no shopping or eating unless you get a bus or taxi 10-15 into Garucha or Vera. Not kept up but looks like all surrounding building are abandoned and possibly for sale.

Dissapointing Easter

On the first night the noise was horrendous coming from the cafe area, a child above us dragging chairs in the early morning and a adult walking around in high heels, no sleep for us that night and we were going home it was so bad, The room was okay clean and tidy, the place Vera was absolutely much to be desired, nowhere to have a meal no entertainment and nothing to see but a beach, the buffet food was not very good for choice to be honest there was nothing good about the place at all, we wont be returning.

January Break in a huge complex!

We stopped here for a few days in January and it was VERY quiet -only a handful of guests. The apartment was well furnished and clean with a large balcony overlooking the swimming pools. It's a huge tourist complex aimed at families which, in summer when it's busy would be very noisy as the sounds echo around the buildings. Sound insulation was not good - we could hear every movement of the occupants of the apartment above us. Because it was January, there were NO facilities - no bar, restaurant or snack bar. It was also quite a distance to get to those things and supermarkets.

Me gusto el lugar , Vera. No me gusto la falta de comunicacion con el personal del hotel. Fallos en iluminaria de la habitacion , cisterna del water , mobiliario de terraza envejecidos , entrada de parking algo confusa ,lavadora que no funciona, falta de atención por el personal. Y tras comentar las incidencias en recepción al trabajador , le dio igual . No tomo ni tan siquiera nota de dichas incidencias. Para no volver a ese complejo y mucho menos recomendar a nadie .

Apartamentos de batalleo

Decepción absoluta. Los apartamentos forman parte de un complejo que deja mucho que desear en cuanto a mantenimiento se refiere. Basta con mirar alrededor. El ático que nos asignaron tenía unas condiciones bastante malas. Empezando por la “cocina” equipada con electrodomésticos algo antiguos y un menaje bastante escasos, continuamos con un salón de pequeñas dimensiones y un sofá cubierto por una sábana que oculta las manchas de la tapicería, una mesa elevable que al abrirla se observan migas y restos de comida en el interior y una televisión del tamaño muy pequeño. En la habitación el colchón de la cama estaba hundido pero me sorprendió que no fuera tan incomodo como comentaban en otras opiniones. Las rejillas del aire acondicionado acumulaban polvo, en algunas zonas del techo había humedad y las paredes… con algún moco que otro pegado (disculpen los aprensivos pero es la cruda realidad). La terraza era lamentable, en dos alturas la parte baja disponía de una mesa con sillas de plástico de hace 15 años sin limpiar. Entiendo que el plástico enrojece con las lluvias de la zona y queda incrustado pero señores compren otras nuevas que ya es hora. En la parte alta unas hamacas en el mismo estado que las sillas y un “jacuzzi” cerrado sin ningún mantenimiento y acumulando suciedad. El aire acondicionado tenia dos modos: frío máximo o aire normal. Poner la temperatura deseada en el termostato era inservible. Además desprendía olores de comidas o a rancio.

Estancia recomendable

Llegada se hizo antes de las 17:00 , lo cual se agradece. Personal de recepción agradable y competente. Una de las 2 camas existentes el colchon era súper incomodo, sin embargo la otra cama era aceptable. Se pudo aparcar en la calle cerca del hotel sin necesidad de utilizar parking privado. Buena comunicación. En la cafetería sería recomendable poner la tarifa de precios de las bebidas que ofrecen, tanto cafés como bebidas tipo refresco. En general bien

La limpieza pasable, faltaban cosas como cuchillo, tijera, tabla, sartén, mantel...., además se rompió persiana y una luz, eso sí, el staff tanto de limpieza como de mantenimiento atendieron todas las peticiones con prontitud, eficacia y amabilidad.
