Moreover, it is located 100 m from the "Zattere" vaporetto stop, from which you can take the vaporetto towards Lido, Giudecca Island, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma, and Railway Station. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Ponte dell'Accademia, from which you can walk towards Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.
Check-ins are possible from 15:00 to 19:00. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 22:00 or €50.00 by 23:00. At check-in, the guest will be required to pay the accommodation tax, which is €5 per person per night, and will be asked to complete and sign a rental contract where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
