Enjoy your private beach access, watch the glorious sunsets from the beach side gazebos or lounge in the large community pool. Property includes on site laundry facilities, grilling area, private parking spaces and fantastic fishing from the private beach. The unit features a full kitchen, separate bedroom with a queen size bed, pullout full size couch, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room and air-conditioned Florida room. This 505 sq. ft. apartment is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, large screen TV with basic cable, Wi-Fi service and Roku TV. Walk, bike or drive to the charming historic Downtown Venice with great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant theater and arts scene. Sharky’s fishing pier takes you out about a quarter mile off the beach or you can catch the view from the 2 restaurants overlooking the Gulf.
