Once I booked the stay in a few hours I received a text msg from Morena regarding checking in. The process was super convenient as Sonya met us at the train station at a specific time and we just followed her to water bus and then the apartment therefore we didn’t have to figure out any details how to get there which is great! Apartment itself was super clean with all amenities that you possibly need including a full kitchen and appliances. We would rate a 5 in all categories but a small limitation is due to lack of Air conditioner in the main bedroom but air conditioner from the living room and a fan made it ok. The only other thing is you have to take your own trash out between 6-8am few blocks away from the apartment. Otherwise the location was ideal with 1 min walk to the Bridge and 10 min to main square. Also there are 2 supermarkets that are very near. Another huge plus is elevator in the building! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family!
We were pleasantly surprised and totally satisfied with the customer service we received at this hotel. Staff were helpful and readily available to help us get around. This was our first time in Venise but the experience was unparalleled. Would definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Thank you Morena and Sonia. You girls rock.
