Review

The place was difficult to find but in a decent area. Owner speaks Italian but little to no english so communication is difficult. The property was very nice. Super clean, new appliances. Downstairs there is a couch which turns into 2 single beds, upstairs there is a queen.

great apartment, directions to it could be more precise

The apartment is great, main issue is that vrbo lists it as being in Dosoduro and the map also takes you somewhere else. A bit more references (names of intersecting streets) would help to find it.

Schöne Wohnung, aber lieblose Betreuung

Das zweistöckige Häuschen mit Dachterasse in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage nahe der Akademia-Brücke ist sehr hübsch und sauber. Ein wenig geärgert haben wir uns aber über die Betreuung. Die genaue Adresse und Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung erhielten wir erst, als wir schon in Venedig angekommen waren. Weitere Informationen, wie mit dem Müll, dem Chek-Out, dem Bezahlen der Kurtaxe etc. zu verfahren ist, erhielten wir erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen oder mussten es selbst herausfinden. Darüber hinaus war die Küche leider relativ schlecht ausgestattet, ein großer Topf, eine ordentliche Kaffemaschine (nur Kapsel-Kaffee), Schere oder Käsereibe waren nicht verfügbar; um wirklich zwei Wochen lang für vier Personen zu kochen, war die Küche trotz großem Herd leider nicht geeignet. Auch insgesamt ist die Wohnung für 4 Personen eigentlich zu klein, neben einem Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer stehen nur zwei Klapp-Betten in der Wohn-Küche zur Verfügung.

Sehr schön!

Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Saubere und schöne Wohnung, wie ein kleines Haus mit eigener Terrasse. Die Lage ist versteckt in einem Viertel nähe Grassi. Der nächste Supermarkt erst bei Rialto. Die Bezeichnung Dorsoduro ist also falsch und etwas irreführend, schade.

Bel soggiorno a San Marco

Bell’appartamento, nuovo, purtroppo con alcune piccole pecche significative che però mi hanno assicurato verranno corrette il prima possibile (ad es. non c’è un appendiabiti all’ingresso, mancano i pomelli/maniglie dei cassetti e delle ante della cucina, una poltrona letto inutilizzabile perché montata male). Comunicazione con la gestora sempre e solo via telefono, molto gentile e disponibile: ci ha anticipato il check-in e ritardato il check out senza problemi (non c’erano altre prenotazioni), però con qualche intoppo al check-in perché il codice dato non apriva la porta. Ottima posizione, ma NON è a Dorsoduro, bensì a San Marco, vicino a Palazzo Grassi. Comunque, contrariamente alla recensione precedente, grazie alle indicazioni ricevute l’abbiamo trovato subito.
