I had the worst stay here and I requesting partial refund. I raised this with hotel owner multiple times, but owner chose to ignore. 1. No hot water shower for 2 days. 2. Cleaning lady came 15 minutes before check out time. 3. Washing machine doesn’t work as advertised. 4. Wifi is horrendous and doesn’t work 90% of the time. 5. Bugs in couch and bitten all over legs. 6. Apartment smells like mold and I saw and took pictures of mold outside the door in same building.

Great for a family

Our stay at the Mazzoni was great from the beginning. Before we got there, we had great communication with the staff. We were arriving late & they gave us all the information on how to get there & were waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was very spacious, new & modern. We are a family of 4 & it was perfect for us. The nice young lady showed us around & gave us tips about the area, things to do & restaurants. She also called the hotel we were going to be arriving at in Rome, because we had concerns & we do not speak Italian. We are extremely pleased & would totally recommend this apartment. Venice is an awesome experience.

Poor quality

The location is fairly good, close to the station and easy to access. However, the quality of the flat was not good at all. First, the drain in the kitchen did not work properly and regurgitated, stinking a lot. Second, the sofa bed was obviously broken and uncomfortable to sit down. Third, the door lock is hard to open, you need to know a trick to unlock it. Moreover, the wifi router also did not work properly, the freezer was full of snow etc... I cannot recommend staying in this flat.

At first, we thought it was a good choice as it was super convenient to stay close to the train station (5mins walk). It's an apartment complex with rented out apartmets which are not sold yet (managed by LionHost). After spending two nights, I would not recommend staying here because of the following reasons: 1. It was HUMID!! You have to run a demudifier 24 hours which is noisy but it still smelss weird. The AC setting doesn't go less than 21 and it gets really hot during the day. They have floor cooling which was not very effective. 2. There were mosquitoes/flies/bugs on the walls of the room which we could see, I asked the staff to spray something as I got bitten by one and it was really bad, all swollen up :( 3. The shower was the WORST! Small, clogged and stinky. 4. No dryer, just washer in the apartment, they ask you to use the cloth hanger inside the apartmnet which is already humid?! 5. The check-out time was 11am but the staff agreed to keep our stuff until 4pm. The staff in general was really nice and helpful. So, we decided to keep our luggage in their main office and returned at before 4pm (around 3.55). The main entrance was locked and we could not get in for ~30 mins, no one was picking up the phone (even the business numbers they provided) and our stuff was lying unattended in the hallway. We were so helpless!! I dialed random apartment phone numbers in the building and luckily someone opened the door and we were able to get our stuff & make it to our flight.

몇가지 불편한 점만 빼면 좋습니다.

역 근처라서 짐들고 다니기 좋았고 객실도 넓어서 아주 좋았습니다. 외각이라 조용해서 푹 잠들수 있구요. 단점이라면 와이파이가 정말로 안터집니다. 속 터질지경으로... 현지 유심을 샀지만 객실내에서 안테나 안터져서 제 속도 터질뻔... 그리고 샤워부스에서 물이 잘 안빠져서 홍수 나는줄... 장기간 여행이라 세탁기로 빨래할수 있어서 좋았습니다.
