En general el departamento está en buenas condiciones, pero te hacen realizar el check in a 20 min de distancia del departamento, si es mil escalones, no hay señalamientos... tienes que estar al pendiente horas antes de llegar para que te expliquen cómo llegar a las oficinas del departamento... y después te tienen que explicar cómo llegar al departamento porque te lo cambian a la mera hora, las señoritas encargadas son muy groseras y prepotentes... me comunicaron con la encargada general quien fue la única que me pudo apoyar con una excelente actitud....

This property was about a 5 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station, so 5 stars for location. It was in a quiet alley right off the main path so you didn't get a lot of street noise.

The worst experience ever , IGNORANT management.

A hostel experience would be better then this ! And I paid them over £400/night. I travel all the time , been to probably 100+ hotels but this is the worse management that I ever came across . Management of this place closes at 6pm ! They don't answer phone from 6pm onwards .Our family ( a couple with a child plus 73 yrs old granny) arrived to Venice on a rainy day at 5;30pm,we used the link on our booking to find the location of the accommodation-but google map just couldn't find it .They did send email one week before our arrival with a very bad explanation where is the entrance of this property.That wouldn't help either.It was like a hidden gate at the end of a dark alley with many obstacles on the way.We tried to phone the property management once we realised that this is impossible to find-but no answer.We were left without any support and it was only 6;10 pm ! How can you run a accommodation business and choose to ignore your guests ? This management is only interested to grab your money and absolutely doesn't care to give any help or service to the guests.I have never seen anything like it .The place is dirty,everything had stains .The fridge is faulty,leaky water was all over my food.THE photo of the property which shows some kind of terrace is fake , there is no terrace on the grand canal unless you count a very small " french balcony"in the toilet .PILLOWS very thin and uncomfortable. Internet works from time to time .Absolutely worst experience I ever had in Italy!
Stains everywhere .

In a busy area and a tad difficult to find but the view makes it worth it. Wasn’t as noisy as expected if you just close the windows. I was able to do laundry and hang clothes on the lines outside which was why I booked this place since I was backpacking. The communication with staff was quick and helpful. The netflix was a perfect touch to make it feel like home. Definitely recommend this spot.

Great location. Small points, could have kitchen cleaning items - cloths etc to wipe down. Info on how to raise the metal patio window blinds and both patio doors would not latch or lock.

This property is clean and spacious. The view of the Grand Canal is amazing but a bit of noisy during early morning when a lot of boats passing by.

Not thrilled

The lady who checked us in was not accommodating to out of town travelers and would not budge on the check in time. As a family of 6, not familiar with the area and have all of our bags we tried to make the best of it. Upon checking into our room finally, the room was not very clean with stains on the couch and it appeared as if the room had not been swept and trash was left on the balcony. The apartment was very modern and well kept with the exception of the cleaning job however, the wonderful looking shower did not have enough water pressure for both shower heads and had very little heat! We were disappointed....

Apartment has good potential and roomy for 4 people. The pillows are flat like a pancake and very dusty underneath the beds. We stayed for 4 nights and had 1 set of towels for each. No hot water to take a shower, lucky to get it to be lukewarm after running it for a few minutes. Recommend to add hospitality items like kitchen sponge, dishrag and dishwashing soap. Not worth it for the price we paid for 4 mights.

Right in the Centre of Venice on the Grand canal, Easy to access and reception were very helpful. Need to be aware it is down an alley off the main street so took a moment to find. Would strongly recommend this property for someone who wants to be in the heart of Venice. Just remember the Grand Canal is the M1 of Venice so can be noisy with all the boats

Vakkert hus ved Grand Canal. Stort hus som vi trivdes godt i perfekt for vår familie på 8 personer. Gode senger, fantastisk utsikt og mye å følge med på fra balkongen. akre møbler og detaljer. Inn og utsjekking fungerte optimalt.

July 24 - July 27th Stay

The property was conveniently located - we all loved it! The view of the canal was amazing - enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of Venice. If there is anything to comment on it would be Concierge and Linens. 1) There were not enough linens to accommodate all 11 of us - we had to improvise with what we had for the couches on the main floor. 2) The Concierge who greeted us - We found them not very welcoming, and not helpful when it came to us asking for travel solutions (ie. People Mover). Also would have been nice if they were a little more accommodating with entry time...my sister-in-law mentioned that my Father's health is not good and there was no consideration whatsoever to help us get him a place to rest sooner than 3:00 pm. All and all - lovely location and accommodations !

Tolle Lage mit Dachterasse :)

Wir haben diese schöne Wohnung zu 7 bewohnt und fanden sie geräumig und räumlich gut aufgeteilt. Die direkte Lage am Canal macht sie schon besonders. Wirklich genossen haben wir auch die Dachterasse, bei dieser Gelegenheit aber bei der Ausstattung der Küche Weingläser vermisst!

The property was insanely beautiful. The balconies with views from 3 sides were all beautiful, especially the one overlooking the water. Everything was clean and nice, and all of the furniture was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we were there in the rain and it was chilly outside. I think it is an Italian law that you can’t turn heat on at a certain temperature outside, so the apartment was chilly on the inside. That isn’t anyone’s fault though, so it’s less of a complaint and more of a “pack extra socks” suggestion. Overall, such a memorable and wonderful trip with amazing accommodations. Highly recommend!

Large Apartment on the Grand Canal

Fantastic apartment on the Grand Canal. Everything you need is included. The Views are great. The only downside is the noise from the Grand Canal at night.
