All together, we enjoyed staying in that hotel. The beds are really convinient. We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.). The hotel is 5-min-walk to a tram which takes you to Venice within 30min I mainly recommend the place for those, who prefers sightseeing and not that sitting in a hotel all day type.

The front desk staff was extremely kind & helpful, specifically Alessandro who truly went out of his way to share recommendations. He helped us with meal, local travel & sites to visits along with a daily “Italian word of the day” to help us in our adventures. For the price per night, we were disappointed that the A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms, we were on the third floor but the elevator was out of operation, and we couldn’t connect to the WiFi (this was a problem because we wanted to download movies for our long flight home the next day). The positives were that the staff was friendly, we were only 12 minutes drive from the Marco Polo airport, and it was a three minute walk to the team/bus which took us into the heart of Venice for shopping and touring. Purchasing the public transportation pass at the hotel was totally worth it. If the hotel can update a few things and keep up the friendly service, it would be worth staying…

Alles war gut, unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Der Parkplatz ist begrenzt. Am ersten Abend, als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Parkplatz voll sei. Wir haben daher in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus geparkt, was zusätzliche Kosten verursacht hat. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir jedoch auf dem Parkplatz parken. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und insgesamt war ich zufrieden.
