Location was excellent and cute room decoration. The floor carpet was very dirty. Central Air conditioner was very hot 26 ° Celsius and was controlled by the hotel , The room was really hot it was very hard to sleep in that temperature, plus the awful pillows.

Have plans to keep you busy and out of the room for as much of the day as possible. Very dark room with nothing but beds and a bathroom. The bathroom was not clean and when you showered, the water ran everywhere and you would have wet feet everywhere in the bathroom afterwards.

The wifi in the room was very spotty. If our room had air conditioning we couldn't tell as we needed to open the windows to stay cool and get air circulation. The room was very small and the shower was filthy with mildew in the grout. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so managing with luggage is a challenge.

Room barely fit the two single beds. Really outdated (as in the 90s would be an upgrade) . Staff was fine but certainly not particularly friendly. Pretty good location and that’s the best part of it. Got a rash on my back, which I can’t think of getting from anywhere else. Really thin sheets. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend. There are better options.

This hotel is Very terrible place to live even very disgusting as Wel as there is no one in the reception to show the room as we had to wait too long for get someone help us . Actually this hotel is doing fraud with tourist , to be hohent we are not coming here for staying whole day or night just to sleep for little while 'on the other hand this hotel take the advantage from tourist this is the reason tourist not coming that much. I dont recommend anyone to come this hotel .

I’ve never been in a worse room.. although it was mostly clean, the wallpaper was moldy, the room was musty, the bathroom toilet did not work and the hallway and rugs were filthy. Unfortunately, they were not able to put us in a different room until the next day so we suffered greatly. The next day we were moved to room 40 which was much much better. For the money, I would stay there again, but never ever in room 19.. The management was very nice, but unfortunately the establishment is understaffed and ineffective. Expedido was little help in resolving the issues... Venice is really gorgeous and these rooms have a lovely view over the canal. It’s quiet and charming..

Run down property. Not as described on listing: missing tv and no connecting rooms. Old and poorly maintained. Allergies probably caused from mould. Small confined space for a family of 5. No kettle, no wifi, no tea/coffee, no chair, no table, broken hairdryer and lots of mosquitoes. Only 5 beds in a room that feels claustrophobic. Reception is useless.

Cheap stopover

Cheap stay in Venice to get a connecting flight elsewhere. You get what you pay for with this hotel. It's a little tired and shabby but it was perfectly clean, the service was excellent and my stay was nothing like some of 5he fantastic horror stories on Google.

Nice little hotel

Very clean and nice little place in Venice. Friendly staff that speaks English and Spanish. Location is very conveniently close to Le Zitelle.
