This hotel is outstanding in every way. The property is beautifully designed, the rooms are thoughtfully laid out, and the interiors throughout strike a rare balance: distinctive and characterful, yet entirely harmonious. The overall effect is one of understated, laid-back elegance combined with true luxury. What elevates the experience even further is the service, which is impeccable from start to finish — warm, gracious, attentive, and genuinely heartfelt. We were welcomed by Andrea on arrival, and throughout our stay he, Franco, and their three female colleagues — whose names I am so sorry not to remember — looked after us with extraordinary care and kindness. We had a couple of unexpected health issues during our stay that required medical attention, and the support we received from the team was exceptional. I cannot thank them enough for how thoughtful and caring they were. The setting is equally charming: quietly positioned on a peaceful canal, yet within easy walking distance of a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafés. A truly special place, and one we will most certainly return to.

Amazing, serene, and a very special stay!

Excellent experience all around! Franco made my stay super enjoyable and was attentive to all my needs. Breakfast was perfect, rooms were comfortable, and very quiet. It was an overall peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. Without question I will stay here on my next trip to Venice!
