It’s a lovely property which has been newly renovated good amenities. It’s in walking distance from mestre station making it easy and cheap to get into Venice. Would recommend and stay again.

Value close to the train

On a map, the place looks easy to find.... We dont have phones with working gps and the train station B&B is in a building up a couple floors.... We had to ask for directions but found the unit within ten minutes of exiting the train. The staff is friendly and helped us arrange a taxi to Marco Polo airport at a fair cost. The bed was okay. linen was okay... shared bath was clean. Good water pressure.

Very handy good price

The Train Station BNB is very convenient to the train and bus stations. The streets are flat and there is a choice of restaurants nearby. It is inside a small apartment bloke and a bit quirky. However overall for the price it is very good value. It is not the Hilton Hotel and does not charge like it is. Book early to secure a private bathroom and if you are over 120kilos you will not fit into the shower in room 101.

Not a very nice place!

Not really nice experience! This place is not an hotel (I skipped airbnb for safety reasons) and you have to call a grumpy manager that was denying I had a reservation, while I had a confirmation number. My room didnt have a bed but after arguing I was able to get one. Not clean, neighborhood looks unsafe, but is close from train station. No a/c and I had no electricity in the morning!

Reasonable price. Rooms are clean and wide. But bath room is small and water is cold. Utensils are completely but Oven can't use. Check in time is 2:00pm. But we could use 3:30pm. Whatever price is cheap and close to Venezia Metre station.

I was charged twice for a below standard room. The owner demanded €50 in cash and I later discovered he had already taken payment via Expedia. I was unable to get a refund from either Train Station B&B or Expedia, so I will not be using Expedia again. I was extremely disappointed and angry with both companies and would advise others to be beware.

Good for the price hotel in Venice area

Great location just outside of Venice and great price, but it is an old hotel and no front desk for checkin service. Meet up with a manager once you arrive and call him.

WARNING: TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE

This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com. It put myself, my family and the other locations along my trip at risk due to it's extreme uncleanliness. I woke up covered in bed bugs. THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF OF THE WEBSITE.

Good budget

They let us check in pretty late. The rooms are oddly decorated but mostly clean. It was pretty cold in the room but we were offered an extra sheet. Breakfast was basic but the coffee was nice and strong. And from the front door to Venice it took less than an hour by train.

Overall comfortable and value for money

Stayed one night. Booked few hours before arrival, which was seamless. No obvious signage but easy to find. Very nice staff, good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, accommodated our luggage for the day. But no receptionist when we came to pick up before our bus and difficult to contact. One of our beds mattress fell through wooden framing while sitting, but easily swapped bed.

BEWARE BED BUGS

Please do NOT stay here! I didn't see the reviews until after we booked it on my phone! Everything about this place was a nightmare! After reading other reviews we checked for bedbugs and sure enough they were in the sheets, pillowcases! We immediately packed up and left. We told the front desk person and I asked for a refund and he said no refunds. I had laid my coat on the bed so we had to wash all of our belongings and shake out and inspect all of our luggage. It was late at night and had to find another hotel to stay and had to take a luxury room for 150.00/night but after that experience I was desperate!

The shared bath room and toilet is not clean enough. And we think it is not safe because someone can easily enter our room from the balcony.
