Bienniale perfect

Great location for biennale access and to be away from the overrun tourist center. The vapparettos nearby make it easy to get anywhere. The apartment is a steep 3-flight walk up however so not great for anyone w mobility issues. It is spare inside but comfortable. And there is no privacy between the upstairs loft spaces with two twin beds and the queen mattress just below.

Perfect location to explore Venice

This modern apartment was perfect for our family of four which includes two teenagers. It had ample space and everything was fresh and clean. There is no elevator, so be aware. We were allowed to check in a little early which was very helpful. It is located a few minutes’ walk from the nearest vaporetto stop and is adjacent to a lovely street filled with shops and many different types of restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment overlooks a small courtyard and it is possible to see a bit of the water. Very quiet. All the windows have pull down mesh screens to keep biting midges out. We highly recommend this apartment!!
