Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This booking was cancelled by the owner 2 days out from our stay. We were given no notification whatsoever and only discovered it when we logged on to check the address on the day of arrival. The reason given was ‘not met property rules’. We booked and paid in full months in advance, no contact was made with us during this time. We were left high and dry on a Friday night in Venice and forced to pay premium rates for last minute accommodation.
