Hotel didn't have any check in counter and no one was there to communicate. Eventually found out that check is done in some other hotel. Very inconvenient
The property was in a very good location and safe at night. Very clean, staff very nice and helpful and the view of canal was pleasing. Property had poor wifi and alot of steps to reach room. Overall nice!
Difficult to find once we got off the water taxi. Hotel shuts off AC without telling the guests ahead of schedule. Only 1 small bottle of water at breakfast. Not bad. Overall experience was OK.
The hotel is not far from the Rialto boat stop, but there is currently no sign on the hotel to signify that you have arrived. (There is a sign for a Private Banker in the same building.) Because of the renovation, you had to walk around construction to get to the room. And there is also no reception, so if you needed help getting around the city you are on your own. Having said that, the room was fine, and our issue of mosquitos in the room was resolved the next day.
