This hotel is actually a centuries old villa that’s been converted into a hotel! It’s really small, I think only 5 rooms total. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and kind. He provided us with some good food recommendations and was readily available if we needed him. The room was comfortable and clean. It felt like you were transported back in time. The location is also phenomenal, you’re 2 minutes away from the main square and major shopping areas. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed having coffee and tea available anytime in the main space. The hosts made excellent recommendations for dinner and other travel details. We recommend Ca Del Nobile to everyone visiting Venice!

The staff is really nice and helpful. But the room was just awful ! Everything was old and things did not function . The fan didn’t work , the tv apps didn’t work . The closet had crooked hangers. The bathroom had no shelf to put your things on and the shower had none either and it was the weirdest cubicle to stand in. I am shocked we paid as much as we paid for that room. How it has ever earned an 8.6 on Expedia is beyond me . If you value cleanliness and comfort please don’t go there . The one star is for the helpful staff who helped book a taxi to the train station . And I forgot to mention the place does NOT have laundry service : it’s not a hotel it’s run down apt units on the second floor of the bldng above a restaurant and the laundry service mentioned on website is a laundry business in the next connecting building . the room we had was just so noisy at night because the tenants upstairs had a kid who kept running back and forth and you could hear every foot step ( adult or kid) above you and from below you had the noise from the restaurant, both of which made sleeping difficult ! Just avoid this place.

This hotel is amazing! Wonderful staff, great location, clean and convenient. Once you find your way to the hotel it is very easy to get around ( Venice is a maze of allys and can be confusing) love love loved our stay!

Lovely property but bathroom a bit small nd could hear extractor from room next door which was on all night! View from window was into a tiny courtyard and pile of rubbish. But staff very welcoming, especially Petra who couldn't do enough to help and was so very pleasant and its people that makes places! Thank you Petra for making us so comfortable. Good location, very central. We were able to check in early and leave bags until we were ready for the airport. I would book again
