One of the bathroom although clean is in disrepair. The curtain in the shower had a stain but otherwise the apartment was clean and well appointed. The location was spectacular. I would highly recommend for large groups. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and located right on the canal.

We really loved our stay. Great location, huge modern apartment, great price. The keyless entry can be a little frustrating due to slow wifi, but other than that we have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations. Well decorated and spacious apartment with all necessities. AC was great. Washing machine much appreciated. Central to everything. Great communication and guest services always available. Highly appreciated the suggestion for a private water taxi that was able to pick us up right at the hotel and take us to the train station. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back. A+++++

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, very spacious and very nicely decorated. Even the stairway was beautiful. My whole family loved the apartment. Location was very convenient too. Ponte di Rialto was just around the corner. St Mark's square was just a 5 or 6 min walk. We arrived by train at the Santa Lucia station. We took the vaporetto line 2 to Rialto. My host Emma sent the final check in information just one hour before check in time. I guess it's for security reasons. I am very glad I chose to stay at Be Mate. After a long day of sight seeing and shopping, it's so nice to come back to a beautiful apartment where you can rest comfortably.

Beautiful property, fit our family of 6 without any issue- very spacious. Excellent location as well - very walkable. 4 stars only for accessibility. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the building and they don’t have a concierge at the front door. They did communicate well through text with issues.

Very centrally located in Venice. Close to Rialto but also a short walk to Piazza San Marco. The staff were very accommodating and responsive to texts prior to check-in and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. We would absolutely stay here again!

Room was clean and well appointed. A few marks on the walls from guests and their luggage mishandling. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Quiet building in central area of Venice. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Only small criticism was they locked us out before 10 and it was a hassle to get back in our day of departure. Overall highly recommended.

Check in process was all digital and poor. Didn’t get key access to the apartment, had to re- request for access to apartment to be reactivated. Was Not allowed to enter the lobby area in the building and wait, Had to wait outside until check in time. Didn’t get the canal view- this was the only reason I booked this apartment. The apartment was nice and unfortunately that was the only positive.

Very centrally located however the apartment could use some maintenance as some of the fixtures were hanging off the wall, eg kitchen tap and bathroom fixtures. It was unfortunate to discover that there was no hot water (it was lukewarm at best) which made it very difficult to shower the kids. Also, electronic access to the room was frustrating as it required connection to the internet to get in and out of the apartment which as times would drop out. Otherwise, it was clean and tidy.
