Fantastic and atmospheric family apartment

Fantastic: central, comfortable, convenient, roomy, elegant, warm, atmospheric. We had AA really peaceful stay, and the hostess was very helpful.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu voir l'appartement Alle Colonne, il y avait un probleme de chaudiere. Ils nous ont proposé un autre appartement dans un quartier différent, plus excentré, à Cannareggio. Appartement correct avec vue sur canal mais pas vraiment cosy tel que Alle colonne sur les photos. Ils nous ont signalé que l'appartement de Alle Colonne n'avait lui qu'une seule fenetre dans la cuisine alors que la nous profitions d'un appartement avec fenetres et patio. Pour le reste, c'est un appartement par un hotel, donc pas de petit dejeuner, pas de lit douillet ni de serviette douillette ni de shampoing .... Bien si on sait qu'on loue un appartement, décevant si on cherche une chambre d'hotel ou on va etre aux petits soins pour nous ...

Highly recomended

Alle Colonne had a problem and we immediately got upgraded to a better appartment. Everything was perfect apart from the fact that the last day we couldn't depose our luggage somewhere near the appartment. Our flight was at 21.00 so we were a bit traped...Yes there is a luggage deposit service at Piazzale Roma, but to go there you need 12euros round trip vaporetto plus 2h wasted...When you are comming for a 3 days trip this is not really an option... Hostess kind, kitchen fully equipped, beautiful area, renovated appartment.

Peacefull place close to everything

Easy walks to sites or to transportation (vaporetto) but still a quiet place. Spiderwebs on the roofs were not neat, but the appartment was beautifull, functioned well and had basic ware for washing dishes etc. A nice plus was the dishwasher.
