Rude staff and badly organised

Check in was really bad. I got to the hotel at about 3pm and thought I had been scammed because there was no sign outside at all and I knocked on a door but had no reply. I phoned them and someone shouted at me and hung up. I emailed them and waited outside for about 30 minutes, not sure what to do and worried I was completely screwed for the next few nights. Eventually a random neighbour happened by, they let me in and phoned the hotel owners and passed on the information that my key would be hanging in the room door. Then for the rest of the afternoon and the next morning they sent me lots of emails saying I needed to forward them a photograph of my passport. I had done this already but hotels.com had removed the attachment. They sent me an email address to send it to but this of course also got removed (replaced by asterisks in the email I received) so there wasn't much I could do. The next day there was finally someone on reception who was very rude. There was no apology for leaving me stranded outside the hotel when I arrived. Even as I was looking for the email on my phone so I could show him the issue and my passport image, he was aggressively repeating, "we need to see your passport, every hotel needs to see your passport, it's normal" - I was not disputing that. Surely, I am not the first person to stay there. How do they not have this process sorted out better? Just a really shoddy experience.

Week-end en couple, nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement. Impossible de le qualifier d'hôtel car nous n'y avons vu personne à part pour le check in. l'endroit est situé dans un quartier très calme, au bord d'un canal, et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place San Marco. Notre chambre au RDC était plutôt propre si on ne cherche pas la petite bête, confort et literie très corrects, sanitaires fonctionnels. Seul vrai reproche, une odeur peu agréable (l'eau du canal sous la fenêtre) si on laisse aéré trop longtemps. Au final nous n'y étions que pour dormir, et c'était très correct pour le prix. Bien mais sans plus.

Não existe qualquer indicação por fora do edifício que o identifique, cobraram 30€ extra por chegar às 21:00. Quarto: teias de aranha nos candeeiros, moveis degradados e cheios se sujidade, carpetes com mau aspeto, colcha com nódoas vergonhosas, chuveiro com suporte avariado agua sai por todo lado ate à porta do quarto, banheira danificada e sem tampa para encher se quiser. Pequeno almoço básico contudo suficiente.

La amabilidad de la señora que nos atendió. La amplitud de la habitación. No nos gustó en absoluto que la dirección del alojamiento era una en la página web y realmente estaba en otra dirección diametralmente opuesta. Desde el primer día se le dijo al señor que estaba atascado el lavabo y no hizo nada en los cinco días que estuvimos allí.

La experiencia es que el hotel se ve en las fotos bien diferente a la realidad. Tuvimos un cobro porllegat después de las 7 pm que no está establecido en las condiciones de la página u fueron 30 eutos. La habitación olía mucho a comida y estaba inclinada.

Mala experiencia con el Check-In.

Llegamos con 1 hora y media de anticipación al horario de Check-In pero no pudimos encontrar el hotel a tiempo porque la dirección que aparece en la página está mala. Llamamos al hotel y nos dieron la dirección correcta pero antes de dárnosla está persona del hotel de Cadmandú nos dijo que por llegar después de la hora del Check-In tendríamos que pagar una multa. Cuando llegamos le explicamos que la dirección estaba incorrecta pero no hubo caso y no quiso hacernos el Check-In si no le pagábamos los $30€. Al pagarle le pedimos una boleta y quedó de entregarla al día siguiente, pero a pesar de nuestra insistencia nunca la entregó. Sospechamos que se dejó el dinero para él.

Die Adresse stimmt nicht. 1km Unterschied zur wirklichen Adresse. Dies macht in Venedig viel aus, muss man doch alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die erste angegebene Adresse hat eine geniale Anbindung an viele Vaporettostationen. Man ist beweglich und kann diese dauernd nutzen, Bei der eigentlichen Adresse kommen die Vaporettos nicht so oft und man hat höchtens 2 zur Verfügung, die auch nicht immer fahren. Kein Schild an der Tür, keine Adresse, dh Nummer. Erst nachdem wir darauf aufmerksam machten wurde die 2950 hingeklebt. nach 18 Uhr anreisen wurde uns gesagt 30 Euro zusätzlich- steht auch nichts im Internet. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Die Tür wurde erst nach Klopfen, Betätigen aller Klingeln- es steht ja an keiner der Name dran- und Telefonanruf geöffnet.Die Zimmer waren nicht so wie abgebildet. Wir hatten drei Zimmer. 1.Zimmer: abgewohnte Möbel, Schimmelgeruch, Duschkabine kaputt, Schimmel im Bad 2.Zimmer: abgewohnte Möbel,Alter Boden mit Löchern drin. Das Doppelbett ist in 2 Richtungen schief, deshalb schlief unser Sohn in der durchgelegenen Bettcouch, Unsere Tochter versuchte es im Bett. Duschkabine defekt, Schimmel im Bad, 3. Zimmer : abgewohnte Möbel, das Beste von den dreien, aber auch Schimmel im Bad. Wir würden dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Excelente custo-benefício. Linda vista para o lago de Garda, boa localização (10 min a pé do centro da cidade), estacionamento gratuito. Atendimento simpático de todos os funcionários. O café da manhã é delicioso, com quitutes preparados com muito carinho pela dona do estabelecimento.

The property was in a part of town that wasn't quite as busy. It was a ways from the popular tourist areas, so if a bit of a walk isn't any trouble, it was perfect, like it was for us! We had difficulty finding the address, which is incorrect on google maps, so be sure to follow the link they provide! We wandered for quite a while with no way to contact the hotel trying to find it!

Was a little out of the way and no signage to say you’d even found right place.. was clean, room was authentic and good size.. staff were engaging when needed.. buffet breakfast had very few options to choose from, individual plastic wrapped cheese slices were to avoid but coffee was great.. ok on a budget and airport water bus was only 5 min walk..

체크인 때, 숙박 위치를 찾기 힘들었다. 간판도 없고 초인종도 잘 안돼서 우연히 마주친 동일 숙박인에게 도움을 받았다. 호스트의 응대는 좋았다. 하지만 같이 숙박한 부모님이 벌레에 물리셨다. 호텔스 닷컴 주소와 숙박의 주소가 차이가 있었다.

Das Hotel ist abgelegen von dem Touristentrubel dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir hatten dort eine angenehmen Zeit und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war gut sowie der Besitzer sehr freundlich!
