You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features leather reclining furniture and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous golf course view

We loved it here and would return, but have a problem with stairs. Would go with a ground floor unit instead. Still, I would heartily recommend this unit. Lovely and lovely view. Property owner was responsive to our needs.
