This spacious 4½-room apartment in the center of Lai 2nd floor offers a variety of amenities and comfort for a pleasant stay. The living/dining room has a TV, radio, a comfortable seating area and a dining table. A spacious south-facing balcony invites you to spend relaxing moments outdoors.

In summer, the Heidsee lake with its water sports center and many hiking trails invites you to enjoy an active summer vacation. The three destinations of Arosa, Lenzerheide and Chur together form the largest contiguous bike area in Switzerland - the Bike Kingdom is right on the doorstep!
