De ontvangst op het park was wat onduidelijk, doordat er verwarring was op welk park we moesten zijn. We werden een paar keer ergens anders naaartoe gestuurd. Er zijn namelijk 3 parken bij elkaar. Het huisje was prima, ruim en met goede bedden. Helaas was er geen zwembad op ons park en ook geen speelmogelijk. Dit in tegenstelling tot de info op de site. We mochten i.v.m laagseizoen gebruikmaken van het zwembad op het andere park. Maar deze ging niet op de beloofde datum open, waardoor wij er geen gebruik meer van hebben kunne maken. Na veel overleg met bel villa hebben we een compensatie gekregen
