There was a mess up with our room the first night. I've visited other hotels that don't try to help if you got the room through a discount retailer, but Liz made it right. Stay was wonderful too. Nice room and breakfast was great.

I've stayed there twice in 2 weeks and enjoyed both times however, one is on the top floor and very quiet. The other was on the bottom floor close to the stairwell, which had some noise. With the renovatuin, it's very clean. The pool and hot tub are a nice touch..

Absolutely every aspect was perfect! The room was huge, clean & comfortable. The staff is awesome& helps anytime asked. I already made reservation here for upcoming trip in 6 weeks! The amenities are all clean, easily assessable & just what you need.

My stay was good. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fairly good with a variety of options. It was nice that it was not the same hot foods every morning. Everything was clean. Location was good for walking to dining options, less than a mile to multiple fast food and restaurants, including the mall.
