One elevator for six floors. Rather slow. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel close to transit and Stanley Park.

Room is a little small, but bed is comfortable and staff and services very friendly

Clean rooms and facilities. Close to Canada Place, shopping and Gas Town. Great staff and very helpful front desk.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly and knowlegeable staff. Front desk Clare in particular. Hotel is very close to excellent restaurants, coffee shops/cafe, Gastown and Waterfront.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before since it’s decently priced within walking distance to the Vancouver convention center. The other positive is the beds are fairly comfy. Everything else about the place needs some work. It’s an older hotel that is in need of upgrades badly. In the room I stayed in the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the showerhead was spitting water sideways, the toilet was slightly wobbly when you sat on it and the handle to close the curtains fell off the first night we closed the blinds. Also the heat/ac vent worked, but wasn’t the best. Overall I would stay again since it was in a good location based on the event I was going to, but it would not be my top pick for the reasons I mentioned above.

nice hotel close to waterfront station. About 12 minutes walk to the Convention Center. I wish the breakfast is better...

Nice Hotel that is close to Canada Place. Quiet, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. Recommend the Vietnamese restaurant across the street and it had excellent selection and price.

I think I was disappointed because I was expecting a 'ramada' hotel but they are an independently run hotel. All I can say is think: emphasis on 'limited'. The building and all it's furniture and fixtures are old and worn out. The rooms are clean and you can see the wear everywhere. There was indeed a breakfast room in the basement and I did have oatmeal one morning. They had all kinds of things, cereal, yogurt, bagels, coffee and tea. What is good about this hotel is that it is the only option downtown that is truly affordable and clean. When I compared prices with hotels near by then it made sense, this hotel is half or a third of other places but it is also that much less impressive. I was in a training so I only needed a clean bed and bathroom to come to at night. For this, I would recommend.

An awesome hotel to stay at and just walking distance to all places to see/do and to include the hotel staff were all very friendly!

Hotel was great. Bed was comfortable. But I needed to get some work done and the wifi was unusually slow. I had difficulty just sending and receiving emails. I stay in lots of hotels and am pretty confident that this issue was due to the wifi at this hotel. Eventually I had to give up and finish my work the next moring at a coffee shop. Other than that the hotel was comfortable and a good deal.

Old, dirty, rat, poor condition, breakfast is not good.

Dear Maria, I am sorry that you had a less then perfect stay with us. I do Apologies for it, we do appricate you taking the time to write this review for our hotel. We do keep the hotel up to date and with all the modern tech too. We are gradually upgrading our one by one just as we are a 24x7 operation which has its own challenges. Regarding the rate we do try to keep up with our surrounding hotels and we do offer one of the best deal and rates for our guest who are looking to stay in the downtown core of Vancouver. I hope to welcome you back to the hotel for any of your future visits to Vancouver. Kind Regards Asif Moloo Guest Services & Revenue Manager
