A one bedroom basement suite located near the newly renovated Sapperton Brewery District. Perfect for people looking for a place to stay near local medical services. The suite has a private entrance, basic rental suite amenities, and ample storage space for long-term stay. Skytrain is a 2 minute walk down the street (about 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver), bus stops are close by for easy transit as well as parking space. Restaurants, grocery stores liquor stores and more are walking distance.

Nice place, conveniently located. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with basic utensils & tools. Washer/dryer is a combo unit, and works fine, but be warned the dry function takes a fair bit of time. Owners friendly and helpful.

Great time in Sapperton

Molly’s place was exactly as advertised and perfect for 2 people: quiet and had everything we needed. Less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest Skytrain station; foresee 40-60 minutes of public transit to get downtown.
