The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and free breakfast were good, but the staff’s behaviour was disappointing. I arrived at 1:00 am after my bus broke down and tried calling the reception several times beforehand to inform them about it, but the line was busy, so I left a message and called again. When the receptionist finally answered, and I asked if she’d received my message, she became irritated and cut me off. After being stranded at a gas station in an unfamiliar city, a little empathy would have made a huge difference. Overall, the customer service definitely needs improvement.
