Very noisy (music, talking, children playing, TV, children crying - all extremely loud and disruptive from residents above the VRBO itself) plus very poor cleanliness (dried urine on toilet seat, hair in tub and on floor - in fact, entire suite could use a thorough clean). We will never be back, even though Achin was very helpful providing check-in info before we actually arrived (and discovered what poor condition the VRBO was in…)

This property was absolutely unacceptable. On arrival, I had to clean urine, feces, and pubic hair from the toilet presumably left by the previous guest. The bathroom towels were dirty and unusable until laundered, and it was clear the unit had not been vacuumed or dusted.The bed did not match the listing photos—there was no headboard, and the thin comforter had both a burn hole and a large tear in it. Outside, the property looked like a dumping ground, with a mattress just outside the door, tires, and rubbish underneath the stairs and a couch left propped up against the fence in the yard. It was so uncomfortable that we left a day early. Using misleading photos for this listing is shameful. Absolutely disgusting.

apartment was very nice but there were 13 steps to the place. Made carrying stuff difficult and as we have an aging dog we had to carry him up and down. I wish they had let up know as we wouldn;t have srayed there

Misleading description

The bed was actually a futon which was very uncomfortable 90% of the time I had to sleep on the couch. There was no dishwasher. The front door locked didn’t open properly. I had to call the manager to figure out how to get into the apartment, which was very frustrating. And there’s a large staircase going down to the apartment was which was not in the description as I am disabled, and it was very hard to go up and down the stairs. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Nice but a little noisy

Overall it was a pretty clean place nothing huge to note. Very nice place although the children running around upstairs constantly during the day and later evening was pretty frustrating at times.

The host of great to communicate with and the place is clean where needs to be clean, but behind the couch was garbage, there was hair in the shower from previous people. Most of all though stuff is broken. Couch is torn up, washer is falling apart where you put the laundry soap, smoke detectors was just hanging down, kitchen chair is broken and duct tape together. As well it lacked a lot of supplies in the kitchen , two knives one small and one big one that is not good, no regular cups, frying pan was falling apart etc. it lost it as a brand new place. It is new and modern, but it needs some things to be fixed and better stocked. We actually checked out a day early cause it wasn’t working for us.

Great Stay in Local Neighbourhood

The unit itself was very nice, safe location and easy parking. The kitchen was functional and had everything you would need for a stay. However, the oven needed to be deep cleaned in order for it to be usable, there was a bit of dust around and the couch was very uncomfortable. Other than that, the owners were very nice. :)

There property was very clean, safe and quiet. The only issue for me was just that there needs to be more of a sound barrier between the suite and the upstairs. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs and we would absolutely stay again.

Was almost new and very nice kitchen and bathroom, host was easy to contact, easy access and good location.internet and TV were great. Was unfortunately very noisy from kids upstairs riding rolling toys, which was very loud, with no sound suppression. Also no coffee maker, and pullout sofa was damaged and unusable
