This place is a literal SLUM. The sheets were disgusting, the building smelled of weed and cigarettes, and the service people were clearly high
I do not like the smell when you enter the room. The towel rack is broken. No dish washing soap provided
Very outdated hotel blow dryer fell off the wall and didn’t work they said they would fix it but never did for a non smoking room the room smelled very bad and the toilet paper holder was rusty whole place run down
Unlike others reviewers, the room I stayed in met all of my expectations. My wife and I were looking for a hotel that could accommodate 3 persons preferably with a separate bedroom. This hotel suite offered that option. Our bedroom was and separated by a door from the living room that included a hide-a-bed. Both living areas were clean and well maintained. The living room included a TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Coffee Maker, all in working order and the room was really quite especially being that we were situated on the 2nd floor. We had no bad issues to report in regards our experience with the hotel staff, we felt welcomed and respected. The hotel was easy to find and located in a very quite area. The overall physical condition and appearance of the hotel was relatively clean and pleasant. The only negative thing to note was that the guest that came before us had burned popcorn in the microwave, which cannot be blamed on the management. We were able to open the 2 sliding windows and all was find afterwards. All in all we have stayed at a number of hotels over the years and can say that for the price this hotel stay would be hard to beat. So I am not quite sure what is behind the fact that others found their stay so unpleasant.

The hotel was extremely dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The night I reached the hotel, there was an argument brewing between disgruntled customers who wanted a refund. The hotel manager/clerk rudely refused to entertain their reasons and arguments. There were also cops on the site the day I arrived because of a drug related incident. Since it was non-refundable, I could not cancel my reservation but I would strongly recommend others to look at other hotels or motels in the neighborhood where staff are not curt and offer better service.
