The hotel demonstrated a significantly inadequate visitor policy. At the time of check-in, I was not informed that visitors were restricted from entering the property after 11:00 p.m. During my stay, my business partner attempted to visit me; however, the security guard denied them entry and interacted with them in an impolite, confrontational, and highly unprofessional manner.
My visitors later informed me of the incident, explaining that the security guard’s behavior was exceptionally rude. As a result, I addressed this concern with the hotel management and inquired whether the staff had received sufficient training regarding professional conduct and guest relations.
Furthermore, the conduct of the security personnel was particularly troubling. I strongly recommend that the hotel implement enhanced training protocols or consider hiring more qualified and professionally trained staff to ensure a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and their visitors.
