Convenient location to downtown, close to the river and boardwalk

Held a private party at night against the noise laws, couldn't sleep. Staff was rude.

The hotel is shaped like a boat. The rooms are comfortable.

The view and services were excellent. The staff was very friendly.

Front staff was not very friendly or inviting. I was surprised. Room was clean. Wish y’all had a pool

There is so much to see and do! The walk by the harbor was great! The waitress at the restaurant was fabulous!! What a fun area to stay in!

Nice view but too noisy, noise is apparent when people walks and knocks , open and close door. Can’t sleep soundly.

Nice Hotel, Good Location!! Nice Boardwalk area for walking, eating, shopping, drinking, just outside of the Hotel. Nice view of the Fraser River Front. And just a 5 Min walk to the "New Westminster Station", which will take you to Downtown Vancouver and the Waterfront! Overall a great stay in July 2018!!

Orbitz.com has this advertised as a 4-star hotel. If this is a 4-start hotel, it definitely fails to meet 4 stars expectation. Location: is a bit far from tourist destinations, it's about 15 stops from downtown Vancouver. There are some restaurants/food court next to hotel, but they all open late and they all close early, so we never gotten the chance to try it. Amenities: disappointed that they don't provide bottled waters in your room, so we have to go to the market to get our own. The fitness center was a joke. There was only 3 machines and one weight bench placed so closed together that I can't even do a butterfly press. The jaccuzi is in the same room at the exercise machines, so once you walk into the gym it's warm and humid. Who can workout in those conditions? The men's shower room was a mess, looks like no one cleaned it for the week. And again, in the gym they don't provide any water except a water fountain. Lastly, they don't provide body wash, just soap. This is not 4-stars hotel amenities. Room: overall was a bit outdated. Though it looked clean which is one of its redeeming qualities. We got the room facing the side of the market, but can still see the river from our balcony. This is great 3-stars hotel, but if you're advertising as a 4-stars hotel, it does not meet the standards.

Nice river front hotel, great view of this busy working river. Soaker tub, comfortable bed, nice pillows.

We stayed at the Inn at the Quay for my birthday and President's Day. The hotel is clean and quiet and there are lots of stores and restaurants near.

Absolutely perfect. Second time there in a month. Staycation with my Mom, they upgraded our room to an amazing corner with beautiful views. Some of the best customer service we have ever received. Made our night perfect. 5 stars all around!!

The location to the sky train makes for easy access down town and to major transit exchanges to easily travel the city. The location on the Fraser River provides a nice view and it also has great access to walking paths and amenities.

Close to skytrain and shopping. Very easy to commute to other areas of metro Vancouver.
