There is no AC in the units and it is small as a coffin. Tiny little things you can barely move in. You get what you pay for. This thing is about half the size of places you pay twice as much for, for twice as much space.

The best feature I like is that it's located on a very beautiful campus. The con is soundproofing, which needs a lot of improvement. One can hear clearly talking from passerby and adjacent rooms, and a loud bang every time a door is closed, even from the rooms at the far end of the corridor.

Bed was less comfortable than the Hilton but overall a good hotel. It has a full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, sink, oven, stove, microwave. Seemed good for a long term stay.

I thought I would just be getting a cheap place to stay, but it was actually a very nice room! There was housekeeping every day, a very comfortable bed, clean accommodations overall, and just a nice, simple room for a nice, simple person! The only downside was no air conditioning, but they have fans you can borrow from the front counter, so no problem!

The room we stayed in was small, but had a nice desk, and a kitchenette. That was all fine. The bathroom was small, with a shower but no bath. The problem there was the shower head was the wrong kind for a small shower stall and a tall person would have had trouble using it. There was one small desk chair, but nowhere else to sit. The side table was much lower than the bed, making sitting on the bed with a cup of coffee almost impossible. There was a very short headboard - more like it was the foot of the bed and the bed was installed backwards (?) - this meant that since you have nowhere else to sit, you have to sit on your bed to watch TV, for example, you had to prop your (1) pillow against the wall with the edge of the headboard in the small of your back. So it needed another place to sit (no room), more pillows, and a headboard to lean against. Also - there is no fan in the room and no way to make the room cooler except opening the window. Was there in the summer, and it wasn't a very hot day, but nights were very warm (heard once guest tell another that buying a fan was a "game-changer). The room needed a better thermostat.

Overall you're getting what you paid for. The room was good with a stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and bathroom. Wish they had signs to tell us where to go, where to check-in and where to park. A lot of construction going around the campus, which doesn't help with the traffic flow in the area.
