Nice place to stay in. Definitely needs carpet upgrade. Breakfast buffet needs more selection. Parking very convenient. Request for accommodation was good.

Lax staff breakfast not worth to attend there is no place to substitute the dinning experience

Great pool, we got free breakfast, 30 min away from Vancouver and with a great price. It has a Latin vibe to it so it made us feel like home.

Rooms are very dark, lighting is awful , carpets worn out and dirty , curtains all had holes , beds are very low and uncomfortable , bathroom tub very slippery and very small.Furnture was worn out and dirty .

Hotel location is quite and nice! Pool is great for the kids. The gym had a lot of equipment, which I loved! Very rare to find better equipped gyms at hotels. Sauna awesome. The hours for the gym were not great , however I am a big workout person, if working out is not your thing, that may not bother you. Staff was Ok, not rude, but not great. Very matter of fact. Other than that stay was pleasant.

The rooms were clean, it's an older hotel, so don't expect fancy. The free breakfast was great, just make sure you get down there before 9:00am!

Good spot for those who are going towards the border. The hotel has nice rooms, and a tropical style pool in the middle. Also very good value for the money.

First the air conditioning didn't work and when you ask for help they never showed and I had to figure it out myself. When we ordered towels twice from room service they hung up and the towels never showed up. Second with the exception of Cindy at the front desk, the staff was not pleasant. The older man at the desk had no personality and was in no way helpful. If I thought I could get a refund I would ask for one. Also, the hot tub was in no way close to being hot.

I selected one of the least expensive hotels outside Vancouver and unfortunately it showed. Located directly off the highway totally away from the rest of the town. Our room was directly off the highway too! Loud, continuous highway noise all night. Bait and switch on the photos to what you get in person. Our room was equivalent to a 1980's motel room including the multi-patterned bedspread. Upon checking out and letting the cleark know about the room noise, she apologized and looked surprised that someone put us in a 'traditional' room. Not sure what we missed out on with their other rooms, but we're not going to go back to find out.

If you're looking for a quiet place with good room service; this may not be your 1st choice. it was pretty noisy; from traffic, people in hall talking loudly on cell phones and people just hanging out. Reception staff was a bit unfriendly, felt like I was imposing on their time by checking in. I had to physically go downstairs to order my room service because I couldn't get anyone via phone. When my meal came, it was cold. I ordered a steak (medium well), it came practically raw. But here's the fun part -they gave me a plastic fork in which to eat my raw steak (don't know if anyone's ever tried to eat a steak w/plastic - no easy feat). Oh, if on business and need adequate lighting for grooming - you might be very disappointed. Lighting in vanity area was just above the flicker of a candle (actually a few candles would have done a better job). If you're looking for a lively place to stay and don't plan to order room service, then this might be okay place to stay.

Enjoyable Stay...but.....on website it indicated 2 restaurants, one of the 2 was under reno's tho! They should have indicated this on website. Good Service, Pantry food was surprisinly really good, no complaints on food quality for dinner and breakfast. Had atrium room overlooking pool. If you have kids, they music from banquet rooms was very loud until 1am.

Most of the rooms overlook the pool, which tends to be noisy well past 10pm. Hotel staff closed the pool, but guests stayed in common area talking and the noise echoes into the rooms. The doors do not fit close to the carpet which doesn't help.

Nice, quiet, They have two restaurants, Very high speed internet, near of White Rock beach. Friendly staff.

convenient location, great staff

This big pink hotel is just lovely, our room was quiet, and plenty big. The pool area is beautiful and quite an oasis. The check in staff were really friendly and helpful. A very nice experience!
