This was a fully furnished guest house with a huge bathroom and a safe parking area inside a fence. The owners were there every day and quickly responded to requests.

We stayed here overnight while going to a wedding nearby. It was a good price compared to the alternatives we looked at and suited us fine. Maria wa very friendly and responsive and accommodated our particular check in needs. We were able to use the onsite parking which was nice. The room is small but comfortable with the bathroom right across the hall. No TV, but that's not a problem.

Quiet and clean, with well-maintained facilities. Common kitchen and bathrooms had zero tells of the other guests there. Maria was a delightful host.

the place is in a nice location but this place is not up to code for rental.no egress window to escape if is any fire. is not worth it for $280 per night.

Good points: Great location, especially for the metro and links into the main city. Good comfy bed. Bad points: Dry wall = zero sound proofing, awful. Had to wear ear buds daily. Bathrooms - clean but very outdated. Even fixed the broken toilet and adjusted shower during stay. Rooms - very basic Would not stay again.
