This hotel is excellent! Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff, beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. The best feature is the indoor pool and hot tub, which my kids loved! You are only a 35 minute drive from downtown Vancouver with easy access to the freeway from the hotel. It was nice to come back to the quiet hotel after being downtown. Also, the sky train public transit system is right by the hotel and easy to navigate. Park at the transit station, which is only 2 blocks from the hotel. Get on the blue line going towards the waterfront station. On that line, you can take it all the way to the end stop, "Waterfront station", and you will be right at Canada Place and within walking distance to the Lookout Tower and Gastown. Very easy public transit! The hotel had just permanently closed its restaurants before we arrived, so they were providing a free, hot breakfast buffet to guests. I don't know how long that will be provided, but it was a very good buffet.

Website directions from the airport to hotel were very confusing taking us miles out of the way. The hotel has seen better days and is in need of upgrades. One of the happy notes was the daytime restaurant, serving really good food and excellent service at a good price. The front desk staff as well as the service staff were very friendly and willing to be helpful with questions. I think with some added rehabilitation to the rooms, the hotel would be a go-to place when visiting Vancouver.

When my daughter and I visited my future son-in-law in Vancouver 9 years ago, we stayed at the BW Chelsea. It was clean & cozy and suited us fine for the one week visit. For the 1st couple of years of their marriage, I stayed with them in their home. Three years ago, I invited a friend to go with me to Vancouver but I knew there wasn't enough room for both of us in my daughter's home and the BW Chelsea was a little out of the way. I decided to stay at the BW Plus Coquitlam CC, a first for both of us, because it was the closest BW to my daughter's home. Due to a reservation mix up, the friendly concierge upgraded us from a queen size room to a theme room. We were impressed, it was lovely and it got even better. We were surprised of all the amenities provided. Swimming, hot tub, sauna, gym, 2 restaurants, and a tropical court yard. We had a grand time, and needless to say, I don't stay with my family when I visit anymore. Its BW Plus every time I visit. Thank you!

This hotel is closed to Vancouver BC. Plenty parking spot. Room is clean. Friendly environment.

we felt very comfortable during our stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel was cheaper than similar hotels in Vancouver - half an hour away.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub in the inner courtyard were clean and warm. Would definitely book again.

Very good with friends and kids and nice location for dining. Especially apartment unit is very nice.

I do like to stay this hotel lot But last time wasn't very happy, because of room wan't that clean and refrigerator door was very sticky.

Location is best and room is very quite and staff is very friendly also restaurant is very nice.

I liked this hotel lot because location is perfect for me and lot of things to do near by hotel.

The location was perfect, right next to Burnaby/Coquitlam/New Westminster borders. Easy to access sky train for a ride to Vancouver.

Hello Meghan, Thank you very much for staying with us. I appreciate your directions by transit to downtown. I couldn't have done myself. We are working hard to reopen the restaurant. We were not given any notice when the restaurant owner closed the doors and left. I'm happy the free buffet we are offering was good. I hope to have you and your kids back to enjoy our pool! Sincerely, Bill Thompson General Manager
