Independent apartment in basement of house. 60m2 offering comfort, calm and tranquility in a cellar totally refurbished near the thermal baths of Vals. 2 bedrooms for a capacity of 5 to 6 people. Access to the garden and sunny pool in a green setting. The Park Casino and intermittent source is 200m from the house. The downtown shops are within 2 minutes walk. Many hiking departures from the house. The apartment has an equipped kitchen area with dining table, a TV lounge area with a convertible sofa bed and a bookcase. 2 bedrooms with a double bed 160 / 200cm and a storage unit and 1 bunk bed. A bathroom with vanity sink and shower and a lavatory.

Manque de finition, propre mais très mal fini. Le propriétaire est sympathique et de service. Je n’avais pas réalisé que cette location se trouvait à deux mètres d’une autre maison, grosse erreur de ma part surtout pour 3 semaines. Par contre l’appartement dispose d’une cuisine et d’une salle de bain correct.
