Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern. Bad ist sehr neuwertig. Die Wohnung hat alles notwendige Zubehör und man hat vom Balkon aus den Blick aufs Meer und hört die Wellen. Es fĂŒhrt direkt ein Durchgang vom GelĂ€nde an den Strand( 30 m) . Ins Zentrum von Valras Plage kommt man ĂŒber die fast direkt an die Wohnung angrenzende Promenade in einem kurzen Spaziergang(1,5 km). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich mit Zugang mit Codes . Parken auf dem GelĂ€nde möglich, vermutlich zur Hochsaison trotz Platz beengt. Der Block ist eher unansehnlich, die Wohnung macht es aber wett. Einziger Kritikpunkt wĂ€re, dass es etwas hellhörig ist.
