This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is situated in a beautiful location within the luxury villa park and the villa and the garden offer a lot of privacy. The living room with separate sitting and dining area and a spacious open kitchen offer plenty of options and space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator (2), coffee maker and Seseo and a combination microwave with oven function.

There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor (it has a shower, suitable for disabled people) and 1 on the first floor (it has a bath). The first bathroom has a sink, bath and toilet. The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. There are also 2 double bedrooms on this floor. The beds can also be made up as single beds.

From the villa you can walk through the patio doors into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool in the garden has a large terrace.

The villa also has a washing machine, ironing facilities and Wifi internet. At the villa itself there is space for 2 - 3 cars to park.

This villa has a lockable passage to Villa 60 and can therefore be rented together for larger groups or families who want to have a nice holiday together.
