Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!

Although, a lengthy distance from the pool and beach, the villa and neighborhood was quite cozy and within distance of a few restaurants. Enjoyed my stay despite the few brief power outages that apparently affected the internet connection as there was no wifi for more than 24 hours. Definitely recommend.

Great location indeed, that i can honestly say. It has easy parking, hut accessibility can be a minor challenge due to security constantly asking for a pass, i never got one and was told i had to buy one... when arrived. WIFI was a huge issue for us half the stay. It worked on and off, when it did it worked great. I can overlook the place needing an update solely on the lication and the nice secluded beach within the resort. Thats was a plus. Antigua has a levy fee that must be paid, i found this out while i was complaining about the WIFI not working. I had to pull out cash on the last day we were there because i did not know who to pay. That was a bit confusing. AC was superb, balcony was really nice. I would consider staying again if they would tweak it up a notch. I loved Antigua...gorgeous island!

First major impression was that the villa was really clean, and looked and smelt that way. Our shoes and socks were off instantly which generally only happens at home. The thoughtful decor, choice of furnishing and some deliberate personal touches by our host made us feel very, very, welcomed. The view of the marina was a wonderful sight to wake to each morning from the bedroom sliding door, peaceful, quiet and just right. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio with a serene view. The villa is within walking distance of a beach and some restaurants though we actually drove as there are many beaches to choose from and enjoy. Our host provided all the information we needed and was a call/msg away; super easy check-in/check-out. Amenities are as described and we had a really great time here- children especially loved it. Definitely would stay again.

The property was well maintained and it is located in a safe area. It is centered near to a small dock which means that you have a cool breeze from the water at all times. All the amenities listed were provided and the host welcomed us upon arrival to the villa. The property is located in Jolly Harbour so that you have access to the Epicurean store and nearby beaches. Majorie and Sarah were warm and welcoming and checked-in with us during our stay. My family enjoyed the time we spent at the villa and I would recommend this villa for future stays in the area.
