Spacious chalet to enjoy a relaxing stay. The house has a privileged location with views over the valley where you can admire the sunsets and sunrises. It is in a quiet urbanization surrounded by forest and walking routes. The house has two floors. On the upper floor there is the fully equipped open kitchen and dining room with Smart-TV and a bedroom connected by curtain with the dining room. This one has a sofa bed for 2 people. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: there are two suites, one with a shower and the other with a small bathtub. The Master Suite has an access door to the lower terrace. Also a quarter of the washer and dryer.
The master suite connects to the lower terrace. In this there is a table for 6 people, a canopy and a hydrotherapy and a barbecue. Parking is ideal for 2 cars. Another parking space is outside. From the parking you can access the entrance of the house.
