The hotel location is at walking distance to most tourist attractions. The front desk staff is superb (Ani, Mateo, Alex). They are attentive, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their guests.

This was the worst hotel ever.. have no clue how it’s rated high… pretty sure it’s paid reviews. The young girl reception was nice but besides the location the place was falling apart… the floors are not even straight we upgraded to different room was freezing n the heater did not work. The washroom was disgusting n moldy the toilet sink was broken kept coming off. Please save yourself the trouble n stay away…

Very hard uncomfortable mattresses that made it difficult to sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. If this was not an issue I would have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is good, staff are accommodating and the room was clean.

Needed one night to stay before leaving Valencia and for a more budget friendly boutique hotel, my wife and I have no complaints . Close to everything in Valencia which made it very convenient, room could have used a little TLC but other then that was happy with stay here, would recommend

We had a wonderful experience at the San Lorenzo Hotel in Valencia! The location is perfect—close to everything with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which made our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

I originally asked for 2 twin beds for the kids and no bunk beds, but despite reserving and paying 1 1/2 month in advance before my trip, I was given the bunk beds.
