There was no sheets for the pull out couch, the air thermostat could not be adjusted, and the desk attendant did not communicate that the breakfast was not complementary. When I initially booked my stay, the breakfast was included through Expedia. However, the third-party didn’t transfer it to the hotel to my knowledge. While not the end of the world, I did catch me off guard. The bed was quite soft and mushy too. Reception staff was very kind and helpful indeed accommodate my booking request for location in floor level requirements.
