Maison très agréable et très bien équipée, idéalement placée dans le village à proximité des commerces et des lieux de baignade. Literie très confortable. La maison est spacieuse et les espaces intérieurs très pratiques avec un bébé. Seul petit bémol, le jardin pourrait être plus entretenu.

Nous louons des maisons depuis 10 ans, ce fut notre pire expérience. Propriétaire présent ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Les photos de l'annonce ne reflète plus du tout la réalité, le jardin est à l'abandon total et le mobilier de jardin inexistant, sale ou cassé. La terrasse n'est pas du tout sécurisée et est très dangereuse pour les enfants en bas âge. Ménage de la maison inexistant, nous avons du tout refaire à notre arrivée : toiles d'araignées absolument partout même dans les placards de la cuisine, un vieux gant de toilette dans la douche, un nid d'insecte dans le placard de la salle de bain, et le pire nous attendait dans les chambres de l'étage : de la sciure de bois partout par terre ainsi que des fourmis charpentières mortes par terre et sur les lits. En guise de réponse le proprio nous a fait "livré" une bombe RAID anti-fourmis. Cela n'a absolument pas réglé le problème car il doit y avoir un nid dans le toit, nous avons donc du passer l'aspirateur tous les matins et tous les soirs dans deux chambres de l'étage. Nous déconseillons donc cette maison, c'est dommage car elle a un très bon potentiel et car elle est effectivement très bien placée, dans un village sympathique.

De woning was zeer vuil . Vb: In het koffiezetapparaat zat beschimmelde koffie.De vloer was zeer vuil .Bij aankomst hebben wij dus een paar uur moeten reinigen ipv te kunnen genieten van ons weekend. Ook de tuin was onverzorgd en het tuinmeubilair was zeer vuil.Spijtig want de woning is heel goed gelegen.Voor de rest was in de woning al het nodige aanwezig.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans une belle maison encore en finition, maison très agréable et bien pensée.4 chambres, 3 salles d'eau et 2 WC.Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour à 2 bémols prêts :- arrivée dans un bien non chauffé 4 à l'extérieur et 10 dans la maison !!- ménage survolé, nous avons dû laver la vaisselle et les plats, enlever les toiles d'araignées et le four était très sale, nous l'avons laissé dans l'état et signalé au propriétaire !! ( pour rappel 70 de ménage facturé ??? )C'est vraiment dommage car le bien est à recommander.

Belle maison, bien située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est belle et agréable (superbe table de salle à manger pour grande famille et espace extérieur pratique pour manger dehors). Elle conserve heureusement sa fraîcheur malgré la grosse chaleur (l'équiper de quelques ventilateurs dans les chambres seraient un plus). Super bien située, rue tranquille, près du centre. Communication facile avec le proprio par watsapp. Petits soucis avec la laveuse et le machine espresso mais c'est peut-être notre méconnaissance. Gros plus pour la distributrice d'eau froide intégrée dans le frigo. Merci 😎🤗

Agréable semaine à Valleraugue

La maison est très agréable. La literie est de qualité. Nous avons trouvé tous les commerces de proximité nécessaires dans le village. La région est bien sûr merveilleuse! La rivière en contrebas de la maison est vraiment un plus pour se baigner après une journée de marche! Belle semaine de vacances. Merci pour votre accueil.
